BEEF KNEECAPS

Ingredients 

5 Divine Deli beef kneecaps, whole 

2 Onions chopped 

Herero fat 

1 liter of beef stock 

Salt 

Pepper 

Onion 

 

Method 

  1. Fry the kneecap until golden Brown for aromatic flavours to develop. 

  1. Add the chopped onions and fry for 5 more minutes. 

  1. Add the Salt, pepper and beef stock. 

  1. Cook for 90 minutes or until soft. 

  1. Serve with pap or Herero bread.
