DIVINE DELI MARATHON CHICKEN

Ingredients  

Whole Marathon chicken/ or cut into pieces if prefer. 

30 mℓ ! Nara seed oil / Divine Deli cooking fat 

2 cloves of wild garlic chopped. 

1 liter of water 

5 mℓ Salt 

5 mℓ Pepper 

Turmeric (optional) 

Onion and tomato for flavour. (optional) 

  

METHOD: 

  1. Grill the Divine Deli Marathon chicken for 1-2 minutes on each side over flames or in the pot until sealed and golden Brown for optimum flavour and aroma. 

  1. Put the chicken in a black pot with 4 cups or l ℓ of water. 

  1. Add the 1 Nara oil, wild garlic, Salt, pepper, and turmeric. 

  1. Cook for 1½ hours or until the chicken is soft. 

  1. Serve with rice, oshifima porridge or cooked vegetables.
