Ingredients:
2,5kg Bread flour
20g Yeast
10g Salt
100g Sugar or to taste
2 Tablespoons Herero fat
Lukewarm water
Method
Make a well in the flour, add yeast, sugar and Salt.
Add lukewarm water and mix well.
Knead the mixture until a soft dough.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest until double in size in a warm place.
Vorm big round balls and arrange in an oiled black pot.
Let it rise again double in size.
Bake on medium heat in an oven or on the coals.
Bake for 60 minutes. Bread must sound hollow if knocked on the base.
