LAMB ESPETADA

Ingredients 

Debone 12 lamb loin chops 

Sosatie skewers 

Divine Deli Luxury Braai Spice 

Lemon Juice 

Himalayan Salt 

Black pepper 

Fresh Rosemary twigs 

Home made Pesto Sauce for serving. 

 

Method 

Stick two deboned lamb loin chops on a skewer. 

Baste with lemon juice, sprinkle with Divine Deli luxury braai spice and if needed Black pepper and salt. 

Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. 

Braai the skewers on medium to high heat. Meat should have a caramelized look on the outside and fat should be crispy.  The meat inside should be still light pink and juicy.  Remove from the coals and let it rest for few minutes.  Drizzle with fresh pesto sauce. Serve with potato- and fresh tomato and onion salad.
